Cancellation & Refund Policy At Rental Experience – Jet Ski Tours in Salinas, we are committed to offering flexibility while maintaining fair policies for all guests.

Please review our cancellation and refund terms below: 

1. Cancellations by Customer:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour are non-refundable; however, guests will have the option to:
  • Reschedule the tour for another available date, or
  • Receive a gift card/credit equal to the booking amount, which can be redeemed at any time for future services.

2. No-Shows: 

• Guests who fail to arrive on time or do not show up for their reservation are not eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Cancellations by Rental Experience:

• If we must cancel due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. 

4. Late Arrivals:

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or forfeiture of your reservation.

5. Refund Processing:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
